Richard Daniel

Mr. Richard Daniel stated with the firm in 2008 bringing years of experience. Since 1989, Mr. Daniel has owned and operated RMD Financial Corporation, a Colorado based national firm engaged in acquisitions and mergers. RMD's primary focus is on concession acquisitions in international airports. Business valuation and restructuring services are also provided by the firm. For more than ten years RMD has been engaged in completing corporate due diligent services to investors. Mr. Daniel has seventeen years experience in commercial leasing and lending in the Rocky Mountain region. He has managed commercial leasing/lending portfolios which range in size from $15 to $60 million dollars. As the senior credit officer for the Colorado region of a five billion dollar national company, Mr. Daniel supervised a staff of twenty-five professionals in five states. Mr. Daniel's extensive experience in the media includes both radio and television where he hosted several talk shows which addressed business and financial issues.

Ms. Ashida was recruited in 2009 to develop operational l capability as a technology manager on the business side. The self-funded group insurance product was unveiled to five regions nationally and to five employer groups over six months. Deployed National Self-Funded Insurance Product,: Partnered with external and internal stakeholders to establish new business processes to launch new insurance products to group employers. Result: Solidified partnerships and collectively developed institutional knowledge to support product implementation. Fulfilled Employer Requests,: Accommodated unique technology requests related to the national self-funded business solution. Result: Collaborated with our Third Party Administrator and operational teams to support the customer relationship through the sales and maintenance product lifecycle phases. Implementation Resolution, Resolved and communicated work stream status, issue management, and priorities weekly. Result: Communicated issues that required higher visibility and/or had downstream impacts that required multi-regional, vendor, or inter-departmental support.

Mr. Brown started with the firm in 2008. He has been a Principal of Paladin Capital Group since its inception in 2001. Paladin Capital Group is a private equity investment firm based in Washington, DC with satellite offices in NY and New Orleans. The firm has $450 million under management primarily from institutional investors including public pension funds, corporate strategic funds and Taft-Hartley (labor union) pension funds. Over 25 investors have invested with Paladin including CalPERS, New York State Common Fund, City of New Orleans' Employees Retirement System, The Boeing Company, Siemens, Motorola, United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, and the Service Employees International Union among others. Paladin currently manages two funds. The first, The Paladin Partners' Fund, invested $208 million in an opportunistic strategy covering a wide range of industries and is now almost fully invested. The second fund, the Paladin Homeland Security Fund, is investing $238 million in companies engaged in one or more of the four aspects of homeland security: prevent, defend, coping with disaster or disaster recovery. This fund is actively seeking new investments. Paladin III, a follow-on fund to the Homeland Security Fund, is currently raising a $300 million fund
